Principal's Welcome

Dear Families,
Thank you for your interest in St. Mary of the Assumption School.
St. Mary’s is a diverse and global community dedicated to guiding students to live virtuous lives. Founded in 1899, our school has been committed for 125 years to the spiritual, intellectual, and moral formation of every child entrusted to our care. We are honored to have recently been named a National Blue Ribbon School, a testament to our longstanding tradition of academic excellence.
We proudly begin educating children as early as three months old and continue walking alongside them through eighth grade, preparing them to thrive in high school and beyond. The distinct mission of Catholic education, to love one another as unique expressions of God’s love is alive in the halls of our school each day. I am exceptionally proud of the loving and respectful relationships that define the culture of St. Mary’s.
Our educators are deeply committed to the growth and development of every student. They engage in best instructional practices while fostering a safe, welcoming, and academically rich learning environment. At St. Mary’s, teachers and parents work as true partners. Through consistent communication and collaboration, our faculty supports families and nurtures students in every aspect of their development.
Equally important is the vibrant community we intentionally cultivate throughout the year. Cherished traditions such as our Tree Lighting Ceremony and International Family Night create joyful moments where children can truly be children. Prayer services and all-school Masses bring us together in gratitude and faith. This strong sense of family is central to our identity and the heart of our school.
I warmly invite you to visit St. Mary’s and discover how our community can serve your family. I am incredibly proud of our students, teachers, staff, and parents, and I would be honored to share the spirit of St. Mary’s with you firsthand.
God bless you,
Dr. Christine Nadjarian
