We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about an exciting new initiative that we are implementing at our school—mandatory parent volunteer hours.

 

We firmly believe that parent involvement plays a crucial role in creating a vibrant and thriving school community. Your time, skills, and support are invaluable in helping us provide the best possible learning environment.

 

Starting this academic year, we will be introducing 10 mandatory volunteer hours for all parents. We understand that each family has unique circumstances and commitments, which is why we have designed this initiative to be flexible and accommodating. We will provide a diverse range of volunteer opportunities, allowing you to choose activities that suit your schedules, interests, and strengths.

 

Volunteer activities can include assisting in classrooms, organizing events, chaperoning field trips, contributing to fundraising efforts, or participating in school committees. 

 

We understand that balancing work, family, and other commitments can be challenging; therefore, we have designed the program to provide flexibility. We will consider alternative options such as evening or weekend events, virtual volunteering, or allowing parents to fulfill their hours over a longer period. Our goal is to make it as convenient as possible for you to contribute your time and talents.
